WELL.... Now he tells me! He didnt turn all the water off! Only at the kitchen faucet, the one he replaced. I told him I asked here and read the responces off. So we took the shower head off to check for sediment crud etc.. there was nothing there. He then turned the shower on and there is very low pressure from that water pipe.
