I don't think laws would allow dated foods to have the dates taken or scratched out.I do know that in my experience in retail, many canned foods are dated, but using a Julienne dating system, which consists of numbers, letters, etc. The time, date, batch, plant # is usually in the date when they use this system. Going online, I'm sure anyone can find a conversion chart or something to help you read Julienne dates. ... View related article.

This breed is my next dog to own. I have always admired the breed. I have a lab,and a blind Himalayan, which is also one of the featured pets this month on ThriftyFun. We take foster pups here. Haven't so much since taking our Bumper in, as she does need special attention. Our personal lab Earnhardt loves his little sister. Thank you for sharing the story about Holly, and good luck in the contest. I voted for her! ... View related article.
Thank you every one that has posted about our little Bumper. She truly is a joy for us.We could not imagine our life with out her. She really is normal in every aspect. She knows her way around very well, and even attempts to climb to the highest peek or her kitty condo.
And as most of these kitties born with no eyes,95% are always deemed not sellable,or they are put in shelters, and not cared for properly. Our little one has no major health issues, other than needing a very good worming when we got her home. But she's good now. And she will make her first long distance trip this weekend, to Upstate NY to visit family! ... View related article.
Thank you. Gosh ya'll are so nice to comment on Peek-A-Boo! He is one of my signature pieces, and I have 3 in private collections that folks have purchased from me. Yes I do sell most of any gourds. I love to coil, carve, I do chip carved pieces. My specialty is Gourd Purses. Prices of my purses start at 70.00,and go from there. Any purse that is carved, burned (pyroengraved)inlay work, they are more expensive. Gourds are a real time issue, and all of my pieces are labor intensive. But it is what makes them so unique, I feel any how. I will take some time here and post other pieces I have done. Some of ya'll have asked about purchasing a Peek-A-Boo,selling price of Peek-A-Boo is 75.00.I will be leaving to go to NY on vacation the first part of July, will be gone until July 14th,and will be home (SC). If you are interested in seeing more picture, please email me privately to: handcraftedgourds AT yahoo.com That way I can reply and attach pictures to you in the email. This gourd that is pictures, is just a fun piece, purely decorative. It's titled "Penny Rug Welcome". Showing this will give ya'll an idea of my range of work, I've painted hundreds of gourds. Many Blessings Michele ... View related article.
