My son always wants to turn up the heat.
I told him, if you have on a pair of socks, and your slippers, pants and a long sleeve shirt, and you are still cold, we'll turn up the heat.
Well, after putting on a long sleeve shirt, pants instead of shorts, socks and his slippers, we didn't need to turn the heat up.
I always wear my slippers at home as you lose a lot of heat out of your feet. You also lose a lot of heat ouy of your head, and a hat can help keep you warm. ... View related article.

RE: Bananas Turning Brown in Banana Cream Pie
Are you using cooked pudding? That usually makes the bananas react the way you describe. Try instant pudding instead.

Perhaps you are using a homemade crust. Make sure the crust is completely cool before using.

If you already use instant, try pouring a little pudding in your crust and then the bananas and then the rest of the pudding.

Are you making the pie days in advance?
Maybe you need to make it the day before or that morning.
The older the bananas in the pie, cut days before, the more they will break down and become brown and watery.
