RE: Craft: Birch Wood Candle Holder
I think I would have to agree with the prior post. As pretty as it is I think the candle part you chose looks like it could so easily tip over since the base of it and the hole for it is very tiny. I have however seen the same idea in gift catalogs but they use tea lite candles in round tins for the candle topper which the hole for it is drilled in deeper which lessons risk of tipping over causing a fire, pretty idea though. ... RE: Craft Project: Shrinky Dinks From Recycled Containers
I love this idea! I have done shrinky dinks before but it was with the certain type plastic you buy in the kits. I heard you can use the plastic that comes in bacon packs but its opack. This would make great key chain pulls for bookbacks just by punching a hole in it and I will love doing pirates for my grandsons bookbag, or dog tags would be so darn cute too! Love this post> you should win the best pic! I'll be doing a thumbs up for sure! thanks ... View related article.

RE: Reusing Paper Towel Tubes
Some ways I use them are;
slice a line through one side and cap over wire clothes hangers to help slacks not get creases.
Fill them with lint from your dryer for easy fire starters when camping.
All of those rubber bands can go around them.
Roll up your favorite magazine and slide inside to be able to store easier when your in your car waiting or doctors office etc.
2 taped together make cute play binoculars for kids.

RE: Cleaning Shower Curtain Liner
Same as stated; wash on gentle in the washing machine. We have a clear liner so I spray the bottom of it with spray n wash stain remover and add a bit of detergent to my wash and a teaspoon or two of clorox to kill germs and then i hang mine straight back up on the rod rings to let air dry. ... RE: Getting Rid of a Cowlick
This is what explanation I found on it, maybe it will help. You could wear headbands more often (cloth ones that will hold your hair down longer to tame it, honestly though, I think your hair and style looks nice. good luck.

RE: Saving Money When Shopping
I agree with the post fromthadiusmom and I too am constantly looking at stores sales flyers and then looking at the product on sale on there web site then print there coupon or just join there newsletters which are free and you'll receive coupons.
This is an example of saving and getting an item free.
cvs has a card you get free called the extra bucs card and you swipe it each time you get an item which will give you that extra buc on your receipt good for 30 days to use in there store again. there sales paper had a name brand shampoo on sale at 77cent normally 99 cent I went to that products web site print off a $1 off coupon and you get it free use your bucs rewards and come back again the next day before the sale has lasps and get the conditioner in that brand free as well. just always ask first before you ring up do they take printable online coupons and watch the items on sale in the weekly flyers.

Coupons are not a drag to look for or get if you get your items free. example also dollar tree has wet ones for $1 print a $1 coupon from the wet ones web site and receive free. not sure which web site that thadiusmom is referring too but I too am a member of the free sites for coupons simply by joining there free online newsletter and she is right they are a great way to save. Just google free coupons and you will get lots to pick from. a great one is cereal.com even contact web sites and ask for coupons they will send them too you. I love daisy sour cream and contacted there site and requested them and got 4 non expired ones for 45 cent off any size. walmart.com has free samples just put in free samples you will see the link to them. ...
