First fix one package stuffing mix.Lay steak flat, place 1/4 cup stuffing on steak. Roll up steak and secure with tooth pick.Next, brown steaks on all sides. Drain and place in 13x9" pan. When I make pound cake, I love to use different extracts such as orange, raspberry to name just two. The orange in a yellow batter, is light and flavorfull. Sometimes I use just plain old vanilla.
