Miele brand does not have this problem! We had Miele appliances in our house in Virginia, stupid me included them with the house. Upon moving to Florida, I let my husband pick out the new washer and dryer, and am so disappointed in the Samsung. My Miele front load washer did not smell, or make my clothes smell.
