I love to crochet. My mother was an avid knitter and crocheter when I was a little girl. On the weekends we spent our days in a little craft shop in Burleson, TX. My Mom sold her crafts and taught others to knit and crochet. Try as she may, she just couldn't figure out how to teach her poor little left-handed daughter how to knit or crochet. Finally the store owner put the crochet hook in my right hand one day and told me to "just do it". I have been crocheting since age 8 as "gulp" a right hander, lol. At age 41 I am attempting to teach myself to knit. I am the proud creater of 30 rows of knit and purl, with two holes in I have no clue of how to fix. Stick with what I am good at, that is what I have decided. Love to find a forum with other crafters and look forward to sharing patterns and tips.
