Neuter the dog regardless of whether he will calm down. With the growing number of Pits (and dogs in general) in shelters (most of whom are destroyed), it's simply the responsible thing to do. If you cannot afford to get him neutered through your vet, there are less expensive "clinics" (or call your local Humane Society, SPCA, or local rescue group to see if they will do it for a nominal fee). ... No, however another suggestion is, if you use a paper shredder, keep the shreddings for packing material. Just make sure you have a cross-shredder, making sure nobody can get personal information off of the shreds of paper. ... View related article.

Hi.

I don't much care for those places (I used to belong), after what I've read, and it makes perfect sense. For beginners who haven't worked out in a while, or for those who don't really work out at all, it's great, as it gets you moving again. However, after a time, you are no longer challenging your body and muscles, so it's not really doing anything for you anymore. I lost more weight running/walking on my treadmill, and lifting weights, than I did at Curves. ... View related article.
