RE: Avoiding Quarrels On Easter Morning
For my kids, I had saved the plastic eggs they had gotten from other Easter egg hunts or that I had bought. I put their first initial on each egg, making sure there were the same amount for each child. Then I'd fill the eggs with candy and hide them inside the house. The kids knew they could only pick up the eggs with their initial on it. I saved the plastic eggs to reuse year after year. ... View related article.

RE: Cooking While Your Kitchen is Being Built

RE: Crafts Using a Half Gallon Jar
It seems like a few years ago people were taking large glass jars, putting a small strand of clear Christmas lights in it and filling with potpourri. Then putting a doily on top with a ribbon to keep it on. Plugging the lights in warmed up the potpourri to use as an air freshner. Using scented oil would freshen up the scent once it faded. ... RE: Chicken Enchilada Recipe
I don't have a regular recipe but I'll share with you how I make them.
Dice a couple of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cook in a bit of oil with some chopped onion. Add about 3/4 can of green enchilada sauce and some shredded cheddar cheese. Put some filling into flour tortillas and place seam down in a greased casserole dish. Cover with more green enchilada sauce and top with more shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the top is nicely browned.
Hope you enjoy. I do the same thing when I make beef enchiladas but I use ground beef and red sauce instead. ... View related article.
