Hi from England !  It is kovely to know that friends of the Thrifyfun site are able to learn about someone perhaps in a different part of the world.  Well, I live in a small market town called Macclesfield just to the south of Manchester.  Lovely countryside around here within a few minutes drive from home.  I have been married for 49 years to a wonderful man and I am mother to one daughter who is now 38 years old.  I unfortunately have walking difficulties due to Osteoarthritis, so I am now unable to get out of home very often and I use a wheelchair when going outside.  I don't think I will ever get used to having to be so dependant on aids to get about.  Still I realise there are people far worse than me, and I feel very much for them. Therefore after always leading a very active life before my arthritis set in I am so very glad that I can keep my brain active through my computer and enjoying such treats as the Thfity sites.  Hope this gives you a very brief idea of me and my life here in England.
