RE: Gift Ideas for The Groom?
Hi Melanie! First of all, congratulations!! Best wishes for a long and happy marriage- all the health, wealth and happiness in the world.

Now for an idea on the gift-- what about a nice camera/ video recorder so that he can start to take the pictures of your new life together? If he's not into cameras, you might try cufflinks. Hope the ideas help and again, congratulations! ... View related article.

RE: Cute Holiday Crafts
Here's an idea that you might like-- Go to your local craft store (like Michaels - because they have those coupons alot) and you can buy forms to mold your own chocolate. It sounds like alot of work but it's actually really easy. All you need to do it is a doubleboiler, a stove, a refrigerator, the chocolate and the mold that you pick out. Put the chocolate in the top of the doubleboiler with water in the lower part. When the chocolate is melted, spoon it carefully into the mold (make sure to carefully tap the mold with the warm chocolate in it on the countertop to remove any air bubbles. Refrigerate flat and in a few hours, they just pop right out and you can make another batch after you clean the tray with soap and warm water. (Make sure it's completely dry before reusing though) It's easy. You can also put 1-2 drops of a flavoring in with the chocolate (mint, orange, raspberry, etc...) before you spoon it into the mold. I used to give wreath shapes, santa, trees-- you name it. Best part is that you can re-use the molds year after year. When the chocolate is done and out of the mold, just wrap it up pretty and keep relatively cool! Hope this helps! ... View related article.

RE: Pug Vomiting
Hi Jane- I've referred to this website from time to time and it's helped. Hopefully it will help you out as well. http://www.vetinfo4dogs.com/dogindex.html
Have you tried changing the food at all? If your pug is getting older, her stomach might be more sensitive than it once was... Hope this helps! ... View related article.

RE: My Dog is Vomiting
Michelle--
He might have picked up a stomach virus or something. Has he been trying to eat grass at all?How old is he? Has he gotten anything down at all?

Alot of people say against giving people food to dogs but when my dogs have had problems, I've given them VERY LEAN ground beef browned (with some water) on the stove in a pot and mixed with some cooked white rice. It gets some nourishment in the stomach without alot of irritation.
If that stops it and when you switch back to the IAMS it starts back up, it's the dog food. Keep your eye on him, it might pass on its own- especially if he's acting normal otherwise. Might also be a bad batch of the dog food....

REALLY hope this helps as I know how awful a sick dog can be. Post back and let me know. Good luck!! ... View related article.

RE: Good Products for Dry Sensitive Skin
Don't know too many details but I've heard that Elizabeth Arden has a line at WalMart. Same stuff as at the department stores. I also believe that I've heard that Lancome is the same as L'Oreal. ... View related article.

RE: Ideas for Fixing Up Lampshades
You can definitely recover them. I've used a hot glue gun to do it before and just make sure that no material will be anywhere near the bulb. You should be fine! I've also found that putting some sort of decorative cording around the edge helps to make a more "finished" look and hide some of the seams. Good Luck!! ... View related article.

RE: Covering Existing Embroidery On a Shirt
Lynne- If the embroidery goes all the way through the shirt, you can simply (and carefully) undo it from the underside. It that's the case, just be careful not to clip the actual shirt thread but rather the embroidery thread. Hope that helps! :) ... View related article.
