RE: Kricket (Pomeranian)
I hope you enjoy him, he is a sweetheart. I miss my Nikita Nanuk, she was not quite 10 when she passed away in my arms, she didn't have a tail but she was very precious and is missed so very much. Hello Kricket! He looks like a sweetie. ... View related article.

RE: Deterrent for Snakes
I'm not sure about rattlesnakes, I use sulfur around my house & property where any kind of snakes could be or stay. I know for a fact they don't like sulfur, it also serves in keeping down ticks, fleas, spiders & other such critters, they also don't like mint. Good luck in whatever solution you try. ... RE: Vacuum Food Sealer
There is Reynolds that takes batteries, the other is Ziplock with a hand pump and then the $125 one. I have all three, I personally like the Reynolds but I have also used the Ziplock, I feel they are much better than the expensive one & the bags are ziplock & in some cases can be reused. It's a personal choice, with Reynolds & Ziplock on the market & very inexpensive, I wouldn't invest in the expensive one. ... View related article.

RE: Buying a Vacuum Storage Pump
They both do the same job very efficiently. One takes batteries & the other doesn't, keeping in mind if you don't want to spend the money on replacing batteries, then the hand pump is great; on the other hand if you don't mind buying the batteries, then its the Reynolds. I have tried both, I like the Reynolds the best but I do have one of those bigger ones that are more costly and they all save a lot of money on preventing the freezer burn. ... View related article.

RE: Treating Fleas with WD-40
I know you can use it on Horses & cows but I haven't heard you can on dogs. You can check with WD-40 web site or Real Simple.com and ask this question. Its not directly sprayed on the horses or cows so that may make a difference. ... View related article.
