I have a Fisher & Paykel top load washer and dryer that are great. The washer uses a lot less water but still gets the clothes very clean. The dryer does not get real hot therefore saving damage and shrinkage to clothing. ... View related article.

RE: Grease Coming Out of Bathroom Faucet
We had this problem with out bathroom lavatory faucet a few years ago. The problem was the flexible water supply line that goes from the cut off valve under the sink to the faucet. It has a black rubber coating on the inside of the line and the coating was breaking down and came out of the faucet as small grease balls. My hubby replaced the tubing and solved the problem. RE: Soft Fluffy Towels
Try putting about a cup full of white vinegar to the rinse water. This seems to help make towels softer.

RE: Painting Aluminum Siding
We painted aluminum siding app. 10 to 12 years ago and it has done well. We used a power sprayer to clean it first and bought a good exterior latex paint from Sears. One coat is all it took. It was originally dark brown and we painted it beige.We recently had it replaced with vinyl siding because it had begun to fade and needed repainting. Good Luck ... View related article.
