RE: Making Your Own Wall Sayings
Wow. If you know anyone with a Cricut Expression cutting machine (there are smaller ones than the Expression), then that would be the way to go. I have one and I just love it! I have cut vinyl and placed it on wooden plaques but not on walls yet. I don't know if a craft store would offer that service or not. It couldn't hurt to call and ask. ... View related article.

RE: Finding a Craft Email Group
ClintonNichols is right about blogs being the way most people give and get information. If you're interested in a particular craft, then you can key in the type of craft before the word "blog" in your search engine. For instance, if you're a stamper, then key in "stamping blogs". One can sign up for e-mail newsletters from most of these blogs. Have fun. ... View related article.

RE: Can You Use Bleach on Carpet Stains?
Hi Nguyenn! Bleach is mostly used for white cotton when used for laundering. It's probably not a good idea to use bleach on your carpet as it will take any color out of the carpet...not just a stain. There are things on the market that are better to use on your carpet. Bleach strips color so it shouldn't be used on colored clothing and it will turn some types of fabric yellow even if they are white. That's why I said to use it on cotton. I hope this helps a little :) ... View related article.

RE: Store Panty Hose In Toilet Paper Tubes
T&T Grandma, you and I think just alike. I always think of the way TP is used and have even seen evidence of it. I would never use empty TP rolls. However, you can cut down empty kitchen paper towel rolls for the same purpose and that I will use. Thanks for reminding people of where empty TP rolls come from. Having said that, April, your idea is a great one!!! Thanks for sharing it. ... View related article.

RE: Beans for Weight Control
Thanx, NotWrong :) I think I'll give this a try. I live in the Netherlands (but from California) and I have never seen crab boil, doubt seriously that's it's available here. I was so proud of myself this week. I made my first batch of apple butter (crock pot) because I can't get that over here (which has nothing to do with what we're talking about...lol). Anyway, thank you so much for answering my question. ... View related article.
