HI, I have lost 10 lbs. in a month by doing the following: I drink at least 8 glasses of water daily (cut out all sodas) I eat Lean Cuisine meals & only allow snacks that are sugar free and low in fat. I take ALLI (available at GNC & wal mart has also.) I try to exercise at least 4 times a week. I walk at least 6 laps around the park at the walking area and exercise bike at least 30 minutes a day. That has shed me 10 lbs. in a month. Good luck to your sister and I know she can do it! Best wishes for her wedding I know she'll make a pretty radiant bride! ... View related article.
I had a friend with this problem...she had to get her child's hair cut really short all over and it took most of it out....the only thing that worked somewhat was baking soda...the only thing safe to use really. ... View related article.
I had to finally get a water filter put on the kitchen faucet...I think you can also find the hand shower sprays with a filter on it now to filter out all the bad stuff. I have noticed a big difference....I just have to wash my hair at the kitchen sink instead of in the shower. Walmart is the most inexpensive place to purchase that I am aware of. ... Hi I am also a natural curly hair ( I call it a curse) because even as it grows it doesn't show until it gets on past the shoulders. Because while it's wet you can see that it is longer and then when it dries it curls up and shrinks so to speak. Anyway, I wanted to share with you that I have started taking Biotin 2 in the am and 2 in pm. It helps to grow hair. Also I found a website...look it up, called Herbal Garden. Marilyn Courtwright makes natural hair products to fit each person's own personal needs. She will answer any questions you have about hair growth. I have a print out from her but it is too long to write here. I do know that if you drink a lot of water which I am beginning to do and let the natural curly hair dry naturally without any heat styling will help. I am determined to grow it out again. I tried a bob and different styles but I have found curly hair does what it wants...it is best to grow out and let it do it's thing! Good luck to you on your hair growth...don't give up! ...
