I grew up in Northern Kentucky, and attended Pendleton County High School. The 1993 Noble prize winner, Phillip Alan Sharp, was a junior when I was a senior. What an honor for all Americans from every state!
I am a 63-year-old grandmother of one grandchild, Connor, who will be 9 years old in September.
My two children are Kelli and Scott.
I love to paint (landscapes0, read, walk, and donate to the humane shelter, and try to help others when I can.
Check out the college near you. Very often, dental schools have very reasonable rates. I don't think I would want a student doing a root canal, but then again, they are being supervised, and Lord knows I have had some dentists that should go back to school!!! Thankfully, I now have a good dentists. ... View related article.
I want to thank all of you for your helpful information. All of you had good advice. He is going to see an endodontist for a root canal, and I know he will give him nitrous oxide.
Thanks, Ima, for your feedback. His problem has been that when he finds a dentist who sedates they don't seem very qualified. The woman dentist he has found in Auburn is a terrific dentist, and NEVER does work that isn't necessary. I think she is going to be able to work with him. I sure pray that she will. She can use nitrous oxide, but prefers to deal with the fear, and not have patients depend on the nitrous oxide. I think that's a good idea, but I think she will use it until he gets used to the new dentist. ... View related article.
I agree with one of the former posters...a healthy diet is what everyone needs, and that is about the only thing you can do for hair growth. Have you noticed how anorexics lose their hair? That's lack of nutrition. They develop body hair, but that's another booklet to explain.

I live in the country with a septic tank, and a repairman told ne that powders should never be used. Now I use only liquid detergent. Also, I have allergies, and have to use All unscented. I use white vinegar for fabric softener.
Hope this helps someone. I would try the All unscented. Most detergents today, such as what I mentioned, don't have all the chemicals that was in them years ago. ... View related article.
To Zoey who lost her cat from complications of spaying: My heart aches for you, Zoey, as it does with everyone who has had to suffer from the loss of a pet. I know you will keep going over in your mind, "What if" and thinking you should have done things differently. You were a loving pet parent, and it is NOT your fault. I know it's so difficult, and it's hard to believe now, but time will help the grief, but you will always hold a special place in your heart for your dear pet. The pet is at peace now, and maybe if you can focus on that. We all think of things we should have done differently, but you did nothing wrong. I do think, though, I would change vets; That's just my opinion.
I will be thinking of you, and please accept my deepest sympathy. If I have missed extending my sympathy to anyone else here, you know that I feel for each one of you. ... View related article.
