In a small bowl, stir together the warm water and borax powder until the powder dissolves. 3. Slowly pour this mixture into the glue mixture, stirring continually for two minutes. 4. I don't understand all the negative replies. I've had mine for several years and I love it. I do use a cookie sheet under all my silicone products. I still use liners with my cupcakes, but thats a personal preference.
