I've been doing this for years. I use jello boxes for tiny items, of course cereal boxes. Also bath soap boxes. I also use the laundry detergent boxes which are very sturdy and have a handle. I recycle bags all the time. I use the plastic sleeve bags from the newspaper to put poopy diapers in. Or keep one in my purse or in the car for putting your wet umbrella in. Also use Target or Walmart bags as trash liners in bathrooms. I use bread bags for storing cut onions or different veggies. Also for sandwiches for DH lunches. Lots of uses. ... View related article.

That's really cute. I received a lap quilt from a catalog promotion as a gift for buying something else. It's small enough to use as a crate cover.
