I completely agree with Katie. sanding and refinishing is a mess (but not a huge one with the proper equipment). BUT what great floors you will have. A few days hard work will give you great floors for 20 or more years.

how old is your lawn mower? some mowers come with mulching blades whose purpose is to chop up the grass and leave most of it on the lawn to rot and fertilize. The regular blade (non mulching) is bent and shaped differently. Remove the blade and take it to a lawn mower repair shop to see if you have the right one.
