RE: National Benefits Advisory Association Reviews
UPDATE: after 4 days of constant calling, I found a phone number of 817 732 0657 which is the phone number for American insurance, the Pres. is Robert Merrill, I finally talked to a Jason Pruitt, who is over all the sales reps, and Gail Wright who is over finance, I had a conference call with them and Robert Merrill who agreed to refund everything including the non refundable deposit. He did say that he knew I contacted the Texas Rangers and The FBI and filed a IC3 complaint which was the wrong form, but implied that he would take anything considered Libel very seriously and would pursue it, because he had to protect the company. Time will tell if I get my money back. I do have to say, they offered to overnite a check. If you have problems, maybe this info will help. ... View related article.

RE: National Benefits Advisory Association Reviews
On 7/09 I signed up for one of their plans. Me and my wife are on ss and have no insurance, we take several meds each, and have preexisting conditions, her breast cancer, me heart problems, therefore no insurance, I thought this was a godsend. I' was told it would go into effect on 7/15 later after debiting my account, I found out that it wouldn't go into effect until 8/1. a sales rep named Sue lynn advised me that I had been lied to by Christina cook. After a struggle I found a woman name Darin in Corp office, who advised that she would apply for a refund.

So far she has been nice. I have not received anything yet. Using lies myself, I finally got in touch with a person name Jason Pruitt, who is supposed to be working on it. This whole company lies, Jason stated they have no unresolved complaints. I called the Texas Rangers HQ in Austin who advised me to contact the FBI I did and filed an IC3. This company needs to be put out of business and someone jailed. I will update as to the next thrilling episode. If you need to get in touch with them, try using some far out scheme, It proves that Con men can be easily conned. ... View related article.
