I keep seperate Fat Books for each category (recipes, shopping, medical, sites & info, etc...) I do keep 2 - 5 x 8" books A - Z marked for my screen names and membership/passwords... The very best thing i have done to keep track of my info... ... View related article.

RE: Storing Embroidery Floss
I found the best way are in tackle cases... I use 2 big flat ones, $5 approx each... I duplicate the thread cards with poster board... Wrap each floss color around the card, add the floss number in ink to a corner and there you have it...

Floss never gets dusty, messed up or lost... The cases are clear and you see your colors at a glance... Cases stack nicely as well... They have handles too...

Needles can be stored in a section too...

I use the same cases for my earrings and other jewelry too... ... View related article.

RE: Softening Stiff Blue Jeans
Not sure on softening except for washing and wearing them...

1 cup of salt in the wash is used to set the color in the jeans to stop them from fading...

RE: Problems With Sprint Cell Phone Service
Update:

Sprint's Collections Dept tries to correct problems for you...

# 888-788-5001 ask for collections department...

Our account was sold to a collection company... That collection company referred me back to Sprint's Dispute Division and agreed it should have been handled in house and sent to collections... They also said they get alot of complaints on Sprint...

I called Sprint, there is no Dispute Division only the Collections Department... A supervisor looked at our account and saw the mistakes Sprint made... She put me on extended hold for the Collections Dept... Phone disconnected after minutes on hold... Today this was, just a few minutes ago...

RE: Problems With Verizon's Internet Service
I had Verizon DSL...
- From 9/05 to 6/06 approx i had nothing but problems... V cancelled my account 4 times with no notice to me and i paid automatically!
- The speed dropped to dialup speed with no notice to me but charged the same!
- Then, add to it the manager said they have stopped accepting auto payment with check cards cause some lady overdrew her account...
- V took my VISA card credit from my DSL account and applied it to the phone account that i do not pay for nor is my name on it! I am still tracking that payment down to this day!

Oh, DO NOT download Verizon's Yahoo unless you have a PC... It uses way too much space for any laptop... They never tell you that one!!!!!

AOL
Remember: They install files that will delete files in your computer.... (because they are similar, per techs)

Note: DOCUMENT everything! It pays later...

Local Consumer Affair offices can help you or direct you for help...

RE: Acne on My Forehead
ACNE is also caused by a hormone imbalance... One person mentioned this... It's true, plus your hormone imbalance can be hereditray...

Have a blood test done to check your hormones... Usually in women it's a high testosterone level causing acne...

I know from having PCOS, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome... PCOS is a hormone imbalance effecting your whole body... Acne is very common in us...

RE: How do I remove cooking oil stains from a wooden floor?
Oh Lucy,

What a pickle you're in...

I suggest trying the stuff a garage uses to eat oil up... Try it with a thickish layer and a board layed over it for abit of pressure...

Next i would ask a few floor refinishers... They may say to sand it 1st then do something...

Home Depot or Lowes may have ideas for you...

Flour is used to absorb oil in the kitchen, maybe that will work...

Shampoo takes hair and skin oil out of collars, i wonder if it may help your floor...

I'm so sorry this happened to your floor... I wish you luck in getting it out...

RE: Bank Threatening Foreclosure
www.Genus.org

Genus Debt Management company can help save your house provided you register with them to handle your outstanding credit card, etc... debts...

You should be able to take one payment and put it to the rear of the loan... Have you tried to refinance?
You do have options... Talk to them and see where they stand and let them know your situation...

There is even an option to pay the interest only for a few months and catch up later...

You have to talk to them to know all your options... They should work with you when you talk to them...

* The worst thing is not talking to your creditors*

I wish you luck in straightening this mess out....
