My advice to you is to Put God in the mirror. As long as we look at ourselves we will always see flaws and will never be satisfied with who we are or what we look like. Loving God through Jesus Christ will decrease your preoccupation with yourself. Your focus will be on Him and he'll show you the beauty that lies within you.
Secondly, I used to think like you too. I thought that people were always looking at what I had on or what I looked like. They aren't. It's not about you and it's not about me. I had to learn the hard way. Sometimes my friends would just say "It's not about You." So hang in there kiddo and remember, you're beautiful because God made you that way.
