RE: Dealing With Panic Attacks
I was Dx with GAD (general anxiety disorder) 5 years ago though I have suffered from these attacks for 20 years. This may sound crazy but I've had to cut almost all sugar out of my diet for a year now & the panic attacks have almost come to a stand still. Once in a while I get a really bad craving for sugar & go crazy eating it. The panic attacks come on everytime I over indulge. ... View related article.

RE: Mattress Reviews and Advice
We have a serta. I go to bed & wake up in the same position where I use to toss & turn all night due to back pain from AS & FM. It was around the 2 thousand dollar mark but we got it on sale for 1500.00. ... View related article.

RE: Dishwasher Reviews
Please don't invest in a maytag. We bought a top of the line model & it was wonderful. Cleaned everything spotless, however it only lasted 3 years. Waste of a thousand dollars. My husband still believed in maytag so I agreed to try again thinking maybe I had done something to wreck the old dishwasher. Bad move. This time we settled for a 750.00 dishwasher. The problems started right away. It didn't clean properly & a chunch of the door broke off. I went to open it one day & a big chunk came off in my hand. We ended up moving when it was less then 2 years old & left it at the house. I now own everything with a kenmore logo. I had a Kenmore fridge & stove at our other home for 11 years & the only problem I had was the elements on the stove burned out once. Sears stands behind their products & they are good. ... RE: All-purpose Cleaners
I just tried the dawn, bleach & water mix & am thrilled with the results. There is no scrubbing or rinsing required & it works better then any other store bought cleaner I've tried. It also leaves a nice clean smell from the bleach. I also used it to wipe down a wall & light switches. I'm hooked. Thank you so much for posting this. ... View related article.

RE: Urine Smell in My Bathroom
Make sure you wash your walls directly behind the toilet. I had this problem & couldn't figure out where the urine still was as I could still smell it. I washed all up the walls behind & beside the toilet with bleach & dishsoap & it worked. ... View related article.

RE: Healthy Ways to Cut Calories
My advice.... cut out the sugar if you want to see the pounds drop off. Sugar is very bad for you anyway so it will do a body good. ... View related article.
