Very interesting, but I think I'll stick with peroxide also. Eww! ... View related article.

RE: Natural Treatments for Hyperactivity in Children
Fish Oils and Fatty Acids. My local health food store owner led me to a few products that have caused a 180' in my son's hyper behavior. Currently he takes fish oil softgels in the morning with his vitamins, and drinks Liquid Health Attention with some juice in the morning and the evening. He responded very quickly to these products and is doing fantastic. Another product that I've heard a lot about is Attend. It is a capsule with lots of fatty acids and minerals. My son is too young to swallow them right now, but as he gets older we may try them. I've also been adding more proteins in his diet, particularly in the morning. before school. I'd go to a health food store, or even a good pharmacist at a compounding pharmacy, and ask for recommendations. ... View related article.

RE: Give Halloween Pencils Instead Of Candy
I prefer to give (and for my children to receive) stickers, pencils, glow sticks, etc., as well. I agree. They get too much candy. Most of our candy ends up going to their teachers for the treat buckets anyway. RE: Pack Clutter Into Trash Bags And Organize Later
I do something similar with laundry baskets. While I'm cleaning a room, I toss things that belong in other rooms into the basket. Then distribute them to the other rooms when I can. Makes for fast clean up and fewer trips out of the room your trying to clean. ... View related article.

RE: Bissell SpotBot Reviews
Wow! I've had my Spot Bot for at least years now and have had no problems with it. I have 2 young children and a house dog, so it gets more than it's fair share of use. I'm really surprised that you have had so much trouble. ... View related article.

RE: Painting a Bathtub
While I've never painted a bathtub, I can tell you we have painted several of the children's plastic outside toys with Fusion spray paint. It really does stay on well even through the season changes and weather. So I would expect it to work for you as well. They have it at Home Depot and Lowes, probably even Wal-Mart. ... RE: Reusing Resealable Plastic Bags
I do this all of the time also. I also like the Wrap N Mats for lunch boxes. This saves a lot plastic bags to begin with. I'm sure anyone with a sewing machine and the inclination could make these with scraps of fabric. ... View related article.
