RE: Natural Sleep Solutions
I had a similar problem and read somewhere that if you take calcium/magnesium supplements (available in drugstore--vitamin section), this will help you sleep better. I also added a potassium supplement to alleviate leg cramping. Take every night before going to bed, it usually takes about 30 minutes to take effect. You will notice an improvement in your sleep quality in 3-4 days or shorter. ... View related article.

RE: Unemployment Advice
my sister recommended to me inquiring at nursing homes/rehab. centers that offer class instruction on becoming a nurse's assistant. The home I currently work for paid me 9.00 an hour to take a 3 week couse and also provided me with a job after the class as well as paying to take the exam.. It is a foot in the door as a home health worker or into healthcare and nursing. It has been a lifesaver from depression and frustration at not finding work at anything else. Good luck!!!! ... RE: Advice For Severely Itchy Skin
I suffer from severe itching also and have found hot showers to help. One thing I have found is tea tree oil by itself or added to a little unscented lotion (I use a homemade goats milk lotion I buy from someone on EBAY). The tea tree oil by itselt is very strong smelling and you may feel a tingling sensation on your skin. If you are sensitive, add some to the lotion and then apply it. Also Benedryl makes a clear gel that is good for itchy skin. Good luck, I remeber hearing somewhere though that chronic itching is a sign of kidney or liver problems, so you may want to look into it further. ... View related article.

RE: Target and the Salvation Army
you should research any charity you donate to, because a lot of times whoever the higher ups are, they are way overpaid!!! I think Bob Dole's wife got a lot of publicity in the paper for being overpaid for her charity work. ... View related article.
