RE: Dog Loves Cat Food
From what I have always been told it doesn't give him the correct nutrients that he requires. What I have found for my doxie is a dog food that the pieces are smaller in size than a pea. I think a lot of what your dog might like about the cat food is the size of the pieces. It is probably easier for him to chew. ... View related article.

RE: Copper Bottomed Pans on a Glass Stove Top
I have been told the same thing about cooking with cast iron pans. Well I haven't purchased my new stove yet so I asked the appliance man at a store last week while "window shopping" for a stove. He told me that they sell a product that you can apply to the top of the stove to prevent the grease from the cast iron damaging the stove. He said other than that I could use any flat bottom pot or pan on any glass top stove I purchased. He said the product was kind of like a wax and compared it to waxing your car. So from what he told me I would say you should be OK to use your pans. If you want to be sure go to the store where you purchased your stove and just ask them. ... View related article.

RE: Feathers Coming Out of Down Jacket
I am sorry I don't have a solution for you. I just wanted to say that I have previously owned 2 down jackets and both of them lost their feathers on my clothes. The first one that I had only cost about $40. The new one that I purchased this year cost $150. So I don't think the price of the jacket has anything to do with it. The one thing that I do if I am going somewhere special is to put on an extra long sleeve layer that I remove with my coat. This way the feathers should be attached to the shirt that you remove. ... RE: Products for Cleaning Ceramic Tile Grout
I used my Scunci? steamer on the bathroom floor tiles where I work. It took a long time because the steamer can only use 11 oz of water at a time but it looked wonderful when it was done. The grout on these tiles were caked with dirt that the steamer just shot up out of there. Then I used an old towel to wipe up the dirt chunks. The best part about it was there was no chemicals involved just very hot water. If you don't have a steamer I would try to pour heated water on them and the carefully use a nylon bristled brush to scrub the grout. I think you would be surprised how well just the hot water works. ... View related article.

RE: Putting a Small Gift Inside a Big Box
How about filling the big box with a bunch of empty little boxes that are wrapped. He will then have to keep opening the little boxes until he finds the one that has the actual ring in it. Or you could fill the little boxes with something small like candy. ... View related article.
