RE: Adopting a German Shepherd
She looks healthy and she looks like she is a good size also. she is very beautiful.Spend as much time with her as you can, take her everywhere with you, and socialize alot, and some training and she will be a great dog and your best friend. my german "SHEDDER" is 13 yrs now and he has been my best friend and the love of my life since i was 16, he even use to sneak out my bedroom window with me at night, and now i have 2 kids and a family and he is wonderful with them and a great protector.getting a ghd is a wonderful gift, Love them as much as your own kids and they wont ever let you down!! ... RE: Chores for a 9 Year Old
MY DAUGHTER IS 8 YRS OLD AND HER CHORES ARE OF COURSE KEEPING HER ROOM AND HER BATHROOM TIDY, EMPTYING THE DISHWASHER, TAKING OUT ALL TRASHES-BATHROOMS, ROOMS, KITCHEN AND DIAPERS, CLEANING THE KITTY LITTER, PICKING UP HER TOYS AND HER BOTHERS(1 YRS OLD) FROM THE FRONT ROOMS. AND PICKING UP THE SPARE ROOM WHERE OTHER TOYS ARE KEPT, AND BASICALLY ANYTHING ELSE AROUND THE HOUSE I NEED HER HELP WITH AS IT COMES UP. NOW SHE DOESNT GET PAID FOR THESE THINGS CAUSE WE THINK THAT CHILDREN NEED TO LEARN THAT THEY HAVE RESPONSIBILITYS AND ALWAYS WILL THE REST OF THERE LIFE THAT THEY DONT GET PAYED FOR AND ALSO THAT THEY ARE A PART OF THE FAMILY AND FAMILYS WORK TOGETHER AND HAVE THEY'RE ROLES IN THAT FAMILY UNIT.... NOW IF SHE WANTS MONEY SHE HAS TO ASK TO DO OTHER CHORES, LIKE PULLING WEEDS OR PICKING UP THE YARD OR HELPING US WITH YARD PROJECTS , ECT...THEN WE WILL PAY HER FOR THE EXTRA WORK SHE DOES... BUT THAT RARELY HAPPENS...AND WE NEVER BUY HER ANYTHING, NO TOYS,EXCEPT X-MAS OR BIRTHDAY.... IF SHE WANTS SOMETHING SHE BUYS IT... ... View related article.

RE: What Breed Is My Dog?
i agree, he is a german shep. mix, he definetly looks it alot, but i dont think i would say fullblooded,"He has a white undercoat and sheds a ton. He is super smart, protective, very friendly, not overly energetic, somewhat vocal but doesn't bark too much, very sweet and playful" these all describe a german perfectly,he is definently not chow, people try to say that black spots are signs of chow blood but that is totally wrong they are just birthmarks, infact my purebreed, papered, german shep has dark spots all over his tounge.it is not unusual.i'm not to sure about the husky either,i think their characteristics tend to dominate, and he doesnt look it to me, maybe malinois.he is so very beautiful though.goodluck with your quest sorry i couldn't be more helpful. ...
