I'm a stay at home mom, at present, with a 2 1/2 year old daughter and 11 year old son. I enjoy sewing, crocheting, gardening and cooking for and with my family. We are a family on a budget and I am always looking for new, inventive and frugal ways to enrich our lives.

I have space issues in my yard as well. I found some really great tomato seeds, "patio" variety and "tiny tim" ( I believe from Burpee) and they are actually growing and producing tomatoes in window boxes. I have 3 plants per window box. I also grow the "space saver" cucumbers in 1 gallon sized pots. Container veggies can be a lot of fun. ... View related article.
