RE: Home Remedies For IBS
I have battled IBS for many, many years but never was told about this until I happened on a web site that talked about wheat allergy or intolerance is what most probably triggers a bout of pain and diarrhea.

I went on a gluten free diet and within three days there was an 80% improvement and after seven days I was having one normal formed bowel movement per day. Once in a while I can allow myself to eat a piece of whole wheat bread but I know I can't do it very often.

Go look at www.celiac.com. This has oodles of help and links to sites that have gluten free foods like glutenfreemall.com, and bobsredmill.com.
I hope this works for you. ... View related article.

RE: Water Heater Has Hot and Cold Water Surges

Since ours is a left hand thread it had to be ordered so we are heating water for a bath every night. Don't wait till yours goes completely out or you may have to be heating water for your family too. Good luck. ... View related article.

RE: Hanging Curtains Without Damaging Walls
Depending on the size of the window wall you could place a tension rod from wall to wall and hang curtains from that. What about using those plastic hooks that have that sticky stuff on the back that is easily removed. I'll bet a rod could be placed in the hook part. ... View related article.
