This isn't an answer to your question, but since you don't have many, I will tell you how I do mine. The day before I plan to serve sweet potatoes, I boil them whole, with the peeling still on them. Take them out before they are too done. Put them in the fridge. The next day I peel and slice them, put them in a casserole dish with butter, brown sugar, pecans, maple syrup, salt, etc. -- pineapple whatever you like. In Oregon it is illegal to pump your own gas simply because it is on the voters ballot, and voted down. Gas is no cheaper, and the gas station owners have to pay a "gas person" to pump it, taking the profit away from the station. We wipe the shower down with an old towel each time we take a shower. It is a pain, but better than having to spend an hour on the shower. Drying it with a towel takes only about 2 minutes.
