Hello. I've been a waitress for about 2 years now. Before that I was a dishwasher,prep cook, etc. Now I've been on the floor and was promoted to front of house manager about 6 months ago. I'm only 21, and it's hard to get the older girls to take me seriously. They will be nice, but follow what I say when they want, pretty much, but not all the time.
