Does anyone know or have experience with using this after having back surgery? I had a two-level fusion on L4-L5-S1 in 2003 and have been suffering with back pain, sciatica, leg/foot numbness ever since. This is exactly what I am wanting to do and is right in my price range. Would you post more step-by-step directions along with where to get everything? For example, did you glue it up?
