RE: Cleaning Smelly, Musty Suits
with all you have tried, i'm wondering if it's not so much the suits but where you hang them. have you tried taking everything out of the closet and giving it a really good cleaning. also, if you keep your suits in garment bags, or covered, the bags themselves could have the musty smell and no odor will be able to disipate and will actually get stronger. i've never seen anything that febreeze didn't take care of so i'm wondering if it is really coming from something else. it would be interesting to find out if you checked any of those areas. (i also read you are in Mississippi? pretty damp there. also, could it be from shirts, under-things or accessories that come in contact with the suits and are stored in drawers or other places you hadn't thought of.) **another thought?? i'm such a pain, sorry... but maybe adding a fan to the closet would bring in fresh air and not have them all in the same air as other suits or laundry or whater could be in with your suits. i keep having ideas, sorry. i'll stop now. please let me know if any of these seem like plausible ideas. best of luck! ... RE: Wood Glue on Wood Floor
most wood glues i've used were water based. with some, you can try placing a warm wet cloth on the glob and let it sit, (if you are nervous about water damage if your floor doesn't have a good sealant, put down some plastic wrap to cover the floor surrounding the glob) after maybe an hour, try gently scraping the glue with a plastic spoon or something soft like that. if it's at all sticky or gummy or you get anything, just keep at it. you should be able to get the glue off with no damage to the floor. good luck!! ... RE: Removing a Glass Door From a Tub
i'm guessing the holes are on the top of the edge of the tub. you could get some of those sticky strips, like you put in the bottom of the tub so you don't slip. it's even a good idea to do this if you have kids or older folks that use the edge to steady themselves. they would look like they belong there and they come in colors for every tub.
if the holes are on the wall, you could put one of those towel rings there to utilize the holes and have extra towels easy to reach. ... View related article.

RE: Cut Cystal Bowls Stuck Together
also, you can fill the top one with ice and water and set the lower one in a sink of very warm water.(too hot may cause real cut crystal to crack) they should come right apart with no effort ... View related article.

RE: Rubber Odor Coming From a Pedal Exerciser
i'm not sure of what you are describing as the URL didn't show up and there is no picture. I would think that you could use a product to paint it. there is one available, it's a tin of a very thick vinyl like product that you dip the handles of pliers and things in to make them slip resistant. it doesn't have an odor when it dries and being a slip resistant product, it should be safe to use on "pedals". i would be very careful what you try on the rubber so it's not slippery for your mom. i know i would be horrified to try to fix something for my mom and end up with her falling or getting injured. just be very careful whatever you try will be slip resistant. good luck!! ... RE: Brown Paper Bag Wall Treatment
i did this in the hallway in my house and want to do my "family room". Sure you can paint it or do anything you want. Many years ago, I tried it on a whim, just doing a small area first and liked it so much I just kept going. One great thing I did was similar to dry brush over the bags directly with eggshell and it gave a great look. In the entry way, I painted it eggshell and very lightly sponged a tiny glitter glue to it. People ask where I got such gorgeous wallpaper. It looks like top of the line embellished rice paper . ... RE: Yellow Stains Around Heater Vents on Linoleum Floor
An easy way to see if it is wax buildup is to just take a little amonia mixed with water, just in a small paper cup, about half and half. Dab some on the yellowed area and wait a couple of minutes. It it turns sticky and comes up, then it is wax. If nothing happens,it could be heat damage and you will save scraping it and possibly damaging already brittle tile. If you are lucky and it is wax, you can use amonia/water, about 1 pt ammonia to 3 pt water to strip just the small area and save yourself a ton of work. ... View related article.

RE: Bleach Stain On Shirt
My first thought is fabric pen. If that doesn't work, is it something that you may be able to incorporate embroidery or maybe a few embroidered patches, (maybe a grouping of leaves w/ embroidered vines.) Something that goes with the animal print theme. Not just one but a few so it's not conspicuous that you are trying to hide something? Hope you find something that works. ... View related article.

RE: Looking For Wholesale Spam Supplier
First, how you contact them is of most importance as to whether or not they will get back to you. Have you just send email or regular mail? Also, there is usually a "corporate division" or some area to contact, like if you had a store and wanted to carry their product. If you can't find anything that way, is there a smaller local market or even a convenience store that you may talk with the owner or manager and "make a deal". You might even get a cheaper rate than going to Hormel directly. Believe it or not, they may still charge you regular price because it's an unusual request and they have no "code" or "processing number" to accomodate the order. Best of luck to you! ...
