| RE: Frizzy Hair That Won't Hold Curls |
Like Cyinda I am Caucasian with frizzy hair and I live on the NC coast with high humidity. I swear by Infusium 23 Leave-In Conditioner. My problem is that it is very hard to find in the stores here. And the nearest beauty products outlet is 65 miles away. Can anyone suggest a product with the same qualities as the Infusium23 that I might find easily? ... View related article. |

| RE: Getting Rid Of Day Lilies |
The old-fashioned "wild" daylily is orange-colored and has a light green leaf that is long and not very wide. It has small roots that break off easily and grow.Tiger lilies are orange with black spots on the flowers and have a dark green leaf that is wider than the daylily's. It also has seeds produced at the joint of the leaf and stalk. It also has a bulb made up of scales. Now that the identity of each has been cleared up- the tiger lily is easily dug up if you get all of the bulb and the seeds that fall. The daylily is very hard to get rid of. A note of interest-the Tawny Daylily or Roadside Daylily is an import from England orginally. I am guessing that the one you have is the daylily since it is being such a Pain to get rid of. Good Luck. ... View related article. |

| RE: Getting Rid of Baby Oak Trees |
HI cricket. I am from the coast and all I can do is just pull them up before they get too big. I can't cut them down;they just sprout back worse. Poison doesn't work either unless you are willing to do it two or more times about a week apart and I feed birds so I don't like using bad stuff like poisons. I have discovered that a thick mulch will help and cutting the limbs of the big oaks so they are not hanging directly over your beds. But the squirrels still plant the acorns in my beds! If you discover a miracle, please let me know. The pin oaks and water oaks are very prolific here. ... View related article. |

| RE: HELP with Tiny Flying Insects |
I have the tiny flying striped bugs also. But they only invaded our house about a week and a half ago. Two days ago the plumber fixed a leak under our house that had only been found by chance by the cable man. They seem to only bother me: husband and son don't seem annoyed at all. But the little buggers are driving me mad! They don't bite. They fly around my face, up my nose and into any drink I am drinking. The bugs even get into the water in my coffeemaker and die there so I have to drink them in the morning! I have tried vinegar. I have 2 cats that are sensitive to bug sprays and so am I highly allergic to any sprays. Help! ... View related article. |

| RE: Jasmine the Cat |
Oh my gosh! We had a kitten Smoke that was also the only that lived;the other one died. He also liked to go out at night and he looked just like your Jasmine. He liked to lie in the bucket of cat food and just snack when he felt like it. I let him out one night and he never came home. As he was crossing the road a driver swerved off the road deliberately to run him over. I found his little body next day and cried long and hard. How anyone be so mean and cruel? ...
