Brown half a pound of hamburger with one chopped onion in a large skillet. Drain grease. When done, add 2 1/2 cups water and bring to a boil. Crumble in 2 packages beef ramen and seasoning packets, 2 cups broccoli pieces, and 1 cup shredded carrot. Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Uncover and cook til liquid is mostly cooked off.

I saved several of my husband's grease-stained shirts from the rag bag by spraying WD-40 on the stain, then rubbing Dawn or other dish soap into it, letting it sit for a minute, then washing as usual.
