| RE: Tips for Price Matching |

I found out on Sunday that Kmart does NOT do price matching anymore. The lady I spoke to said that they haven't done it in probably 4 years or so. God Bless, Sheila in Springfield, IL ... View related article. |

| RE: Making a Welcome Sign |
You can buy the wooden shaped block at Wally World or any craft store. You can also by small Balsa wood letters, rub on decorations (or scrapbook stickers work too), and liquid Polyurethane at the craft store.
Sand the whole thing to make sure there are no splinters &/or rough spots. Apply the letters with your favorite crafting glue. Next apply the rub ons (or scrapbook stickers) to your tastes. Finish by applying the Polyurethane. I usually apply 2 or 3 coats, depending on how shiny/rough I want it to look. Make sure to let each coat dry thoroughly before applying the next one.
I have lots of pictures of different signs I've found on the internet, if you would like to see them email me at: buddysbaby143 @ hotmail . com.

| RE: Using Envirotex on a Backsplash |
I've used Envirotech before and don't think the way you are suggesting will work because while you are pouring, it will just spread instead of building upwards.
I think you are going to have to build some kind of frame work...like two pieces of wood as wide as you want the backsplash to be thick, but thin (like the size of a paint stirrer), then a piece of plexiglass. Work in areas like maybe a foot wide. Stand this frame up where the backsplash is to go and pour the Envirotech in until it fills up the frame. Allow it to set up for a while, till it is thick enough not to run, but not so thick that the frame won't release. Keep repeating this process till you get the backsplash the length you want it to be.
Hope this works out for you...it is my best educated guess! God Bless, Sheila now in Springfield, IL ... View related article. |

| RE: Use Body Sprays as Air Fresheners |
I always check out the "Discontinued" baskets in the HBA section at Wally, Target, drug and grocery stores for deeply discounted body sprays for this purpose. About a month ago, I got 2 purse-sized bottles for .50 each! Both are in the bathroom for air fresheners! I love the idea of using them on the carpet after vacuuming! Brilliant!

| RE: Repurposing a Kitchen Sink |
You can use it at big parties for keeping your beverages cold and on ice. Place it on a stand made of something like concrete blocks or plastic milk crates, etc. anything with holes for drainage. Place the whole thing in a grassy area so when the ice melts, the water just drains out and waters the yard!
