You can buy a bottle of Vit. E oil from a health food store. Apply it on your scars every day. After a while, you'll notice your scars diminishing. In case you don't have any ice trays, the same thing can be done on a wax paper lined plate, just place the tomato sauce in 1-2 teaspoon dollops, not touching, all over the plate. Freeze & then take the dollops off the wax paper & place in a ziploc bag identified as to what's inside.
