Special Stew

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
• 2 cups raw potatoes (cubed)
• 3-4 carrots (thinly sliced)
• 3 stalks celery
• 1 medium onion (chopped)
• 3 Tbsp. tapioca
• 2 tsp. salt
• 12 oz. can V-8 juice

Directions:

Place first 7 ingredients in a large casserole. Pour the V-8 juice over them. Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees F.
