Use Sale Items In Unexpected Ways

Sometimes you can find things in unexpected places and put to unexpected ways of using. By chance I popped into a Pottery Barn Store, and found they were having a big sale. There I fell in love with a pair of oblong paisley Indian pillow covers which were marked down to $10.49 from $44.00!

and they were just the right size color to cover the worn arms of my little living room sofa. It was a splurge, but considering slipcovers cost a bundle, a savings for me!
