Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

• 6 apples, chopped
• 1/2 cup nuts

Directions

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add apple and nuts. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
