Every time I go on line to send a message, a box comes up saying I'm connected. Then it goes off ever time I send or get e-mail. This keeps happening and it's driving me crazy. Can you help?

It's difficult to answer your question without knowing what kind of computer and operating system you are using. That being said, I can only relate an experience I had many years ago. My computer (with a version of Windows that I don't recall), had a network setting that told it hangup after sending or receiving email. I had a dial up line and at the time it was expensive so I kept my computer call times to a minimum. I don't know if today's computer have this or not or if you even have a dial up connection.
