Crape Myrtles Not Getting Enough Sun?

My crape myrtles will not bloom. I realize that trees now have over grown them. What are my options?

You will need to trim the trees that are shading the myrtles or move the Crape Myrtles. Very few sun loving plants will bloom in the shade. Sorry, I wish I had better news
