Perhaps you could check the Splenda website & see what they have to say about replacing sugar with Splenda or maybe you could call/e-mail them as to how to use. I was under the impression that you could use same amount of Splenda as recipe calls for sugar but it may be different depending on product you are baking, etc.

Splenda have a web site here in Canada. The address is Recipe_Club@email.splenda.ca. Look on any Splenda product and I think you will find a email address for an American site. If not, use the one I have enclosed. (06/04/2007)

Any recipe that uses sugar can be made using Splenda. They're interchangeable. I find that if a recipe calls for creaming the butter and sugar together, just cream the butter and add eggs or whatever is called for. I add the Splenda in with the dry ingredients such as flour, baking powder, etc. Hope this helps you. (06/04/2007)

Get the Splenda cookbooks! I've seen two, they are filled with pictures and great recipes. Barnes and Noble, Used and Out of Print is the first place I'd look. I get lots of current books there for like $1 or less. Just go right to the Splenda books! (06/05/2007)
