Single Serving Egg Nog

This is a mix, so it's handy to have even if only one person likes it.

Ingredients:

Egg Nog Mix:

• 1 (3 qt.) box of powdered milk
• 2 (3 oz.) boxes of vanilla instant pudding

• 1 (6 oz.) jar of dry coffee creamer, vanilla flavored or plain
• 2 Tbsp. nutmeg

Egg Nog:

• 1 cup egg nog mix
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup ice cubes
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well and store in an airtight container.

To make one serving, put 1 cup of dry mix with 1 cup regular milk in blender and add 1 cup ice cubes. Blend well.

Or, if desired, add 1 tsp. regular milk in blender and add 1 cup ice cubes. Blend well.

You can also add 1 tsp. vanilla extract when adding ice cubes.

Optional: Instead of nutmeg, you can use cinnamon. You can use more or less of the mix, according to taste.
