Golden Onion Rings

Beat together:

• 1 cup pancake mix
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp. salad oil
• 1/2 cup or more (if needed) sweet milk
• onion rings

Slice and separate onion rings. Dip each in above mixture and drop in hot oil or shortening until brown.
