Pineapple Porkchops

This recipe was created out of the blue after the holidays because we loved the way we had cooked the ham when we did this with it.

Ingredients:

  • thin sliced pork chops or pork steak
  • 1 can sliced pineapples
  • dark brown sugar

Directions:

Line a 13X9 inch pan with aluminum foil. Place the pork chops or steak in the bottom of the pan. Place the pineapple on the pork. Sprinkle with the dark brown sugar (doesn't matter how much you use, honestly I just like a lot because that's what I do with ham). Pour pineapple juice from the can of sliced pineapple over the chops or steak. Bake at 350 degrees F until pork is done. Serve with rice and a salad. We love it!

This sounds so yummy. I am going to get some pork chops the next time I go to the grocery store! AND so simple! Thank you for posting.
