Tasty and healthier than chips

Ingredients:

  • Walla Walla Sweet Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Flour

Directions:

Slice the onion paper thin. Dust with flour and fry in olive oil in non stick skillet. Fry until nice and brown. Serve as side dish. They are very sweet, crispy and go great with french dip sandwiches
