I am looking for 3-4 in. pie crust for my sweet potato pies. I need help locating this size pie crust.

Why can't you make them?
You might contact the Pillsbury inc. They may sell them, good luck.
Basic pie crust: 1 crust pie
1 cup flour (King Arthur is best for pie crust)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup water
You can reduce the ingredients as long as the proportions are the same
You can also use butter instead of shortening - then don't add the water
Pie crust will keep in the refrigerator so make a batch and just roll it out as needed.
I agree with glennsmon. Buy you some tiny frozen pot pies. Empty out the pies from them by putting them in a large zip lock bag. Go by pillsbury crust and just put them over the tins and make your smaller pies. When your all done>save your tins and pop the pot pies back into them again.
I saw them in the 99 cent store yesterday. They were in the frozen section
I am confused. You previously posted that you want to market your pies commercially, but you don't even make your own crust? I would learn how pretty quickly if you really do want to sell them.
If you want to use store bought crust but cant find the right size, maybe you could buy the regular size and re roll it into two smaller circles and see if they fit. An 8-9 inch pie crust should theoretically make two 4-inch ones.
