Simple Mac and Cheese Dinner

Ingredients

• 2 boxes macaroni and cheese
• 1 lb. ground sausage or hamburger
• 1 onion diced
• 1 Tbsp. garlic
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 4 slices of cheese
• 2 pieces of celery, diced (optional)

Directions

In skillet, brown sausage, onion and celery together. Drain off grease, add garlic and set aside. Cook macaroni according to box. Add meat mixture and slices of cheese, serve hot.
