Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk yogurt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1-2 Tbsp. fresh or dried mint, finely chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables or fruits.
